Baking

In my life, I haven't been blessed w/ kids...or tortured...however ya wanna look at it...lol. But there are kids in my family. This weekend I spent some time w/ one of the girls. She is just past 10 and a joy to be around. I brought her over to the house to do some baking.

We made a Gooey Butter Cake and then she watched me make a quick batch of Zucchini Bread. I think that it was her first time baking anything. She done really well. Lots of questions and she seemed to enjoy it.

The hardest part was waiting for it all to be done!
