I started a journey some time ago. One that I've been on before and struggled w/ it. What journey? Weight loss...Ack!
I have to say that this time, I'm not loosing weight as fast as I have in the past. But I'm not struggling as much either. It's going very slow but it's going. I have lost about 13 lbs and 4 inches off my waist, arm and thigh. I haven't given up anything, I've just tried to watch what I'm eating. I feel that if I deny myself something then, I'm just going to crash off the *wagon* and be disappointed in myself.
I have a long ways to go on this journey but that's ok. It's a lifestyle change so I have my whole life ahead of me to accomplish it. And accomplish it, I will.
